Shipping policy

We want you to love your order! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your items will be shipped.

Order Processing Time

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days(Business Days, by definition, does not include weekends and holidays.)
• Made-to-Order/Customized Items: Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is shipped

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and custom items, everything will be shipped together once all items are ready.

Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on the method selected at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options, typically ranging from 2-10 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed.

Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected. 

Designs by Noori is not held responsible for:

• Mistakes made by carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
• Delayed packages by carrier
• Wrong addresses given by customer
• Damage to orders by postal service
• PO Box issues
• Stolen packages after delivery

*If your package is damaged by carrier, please contact them to receive refund on your items.

Please Note: Shipping time begins after your order has been processed. For example, if you choose 2-day shipping on a custom item, it will ship 2-day after the 3-4 day production time.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship within the contiguous U.S. 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you don't see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
